And, in the meantime, you must provide adequate emergency planning in case of radiological accident.

Last week, the Connecticut newspaper, LONDON DAY, discussed an internal report submitted by plant safety inspector at 4

Millstone.

While preparing to reopen reactor #2, Northeast Utilities decided to refuel reactor #3.

It was reported that

" poor planning for current refueling outage at Millstone #3 Nuclear Power Plant led to a series Qf "near misses" which increased the chance for an decident that could have damaged the reactor core."

You cannot allow this plant to operate, threatening us with "near misses" of core meltdown.

Don't be responsible for another Chernobyl!
