The motor is being removed and tented. Nov cap screws will be installed, torqued to the proper values and necured with IA)C-TITE.
Inopection of t.he rer:sining valveu used in the same service will be perforr.ed sequentially for similar defects.
Failure Data:
Similar difficulties have been reported as Abnormal Occurrence P,eport 1:u:=bern 50-277-74.-53, 50-278-74-28 and 50-270-74-35.                                                                            ,
