This letter and attachment.are provided in response to the subject Notice of Violation. The attachment contains Safeguards Information and is exempt from public disclosure in accordance i<ith 10 CFR 2.790 and 10 CFR 73.21.
Paragraph 2.a. of Inspection Reuort'89-008 states that we agreed to make a l Security Plan change in response to Unresc1ved Item No. 50-331/85007-01. It was agreed that the change wouid be made under 10 CFR 50.54(p) criteria and would be completed by April 28, 1989. This change has been made and was submitted to the Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards in the referenced letter.
