Iowa Electric has made changes to the Duane Arnold Energy Center Security Plan pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
This change, noted as Security Plan Change 17, has been reviewed in accordance'with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and it is our determination that this change does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Security Plan.
Due to the procedure in which the Security Plan is bound before inserting it into the three-ring binder, the entire Security Plan is being resubmitted. There are, however, no changes that involve the Guard Training and Qualification plan.
This transmittal includes the original transmittal letter with enclosures and three copies of the transmittal letter with enclosures.
