!These changes are reflected in Security-Plan Change number 23 and'have been reviewed in:accordance'with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50.54(p). We have determined that none of the changes decreases the safeguards effectiveness of the. Security Plan' or the Contingency Plan. A copy of our evaluation is attached.
