,. bfG-99-1405 Based on recent discussions with the Staff, IES Utilities has completed an additional review to ensure that all related requirements for repair / replacements have been addressed. The changes to each addenda (1989 through 1992 Addenda) were reviewed to identify potential additional related requirements not already addressed by NDE-R015, Revision 1. No related requirements were identified that have not already been incorporated into existing programs.
