This report constitutes Commonwealth; Edison's response to your March 9, 1987 SER on the December 27, 1985, Quad Cities Units 1 and 2 DCRDR supplemental report. We believe the concerns identified by your staff in the March 9, 1987 have been addressed in this submittal.
