STATUS OF FUEL PERFORMANCE-END OF CYCLE TEN MAY 1990 At the.end of this reperting period.. Quad-Cities Unit'Two had: completed Ten.

Reactor cycles of operation. During thatitime, 2347 fuel-assemblies lhad-seen 6

duty in the Unit Two core.

No. sipping was performed on reload fuel assemblies at the. End of Cycle Ten.

. This' decision was based-on-chemical and radiochemical data. collected'during

~

Cycle Ten.. which showed no indication--of leakage-or fuel failure.

- For ~ Unit Two Cycle Eleven,168 new LYU-GE9B '(barrier clad) assemblies were 100 percent visually inspected and: loaded.
