above referenced letter and the associated Inspection Reports. Our response to the Item of Violation can be found in Attachment A to this letter.
The information enclosed in Attachment A contains SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION and should be treated accordingly.
Additionally, as instructed by your May 13, 1987 letter, enclosed please find a check in the amount of $50,000, please direct any questions that you may have concerning this matter to this office.
