l These revisions include the following changes.

All of the station Security Plans have been updated to reflect the current organizational structure for Security Operations.

All of the station Security Plans have been revised to reflect the process by which minimum shift msnning will be maintained.

Braidwood and Byron Security Plans have been revised to clarify the recording of alarm annunications.

Braidwood Security Plan has been revised / updated to include the following changes.

A quarterly inspection of the Vehicle Barrier System The number of security delay units installed in the Essential Service Water (SX) pits has been revised to reflect current analysis for reactor shutdown and response by locallaw enforcement.

The circumstances requiring change-out of Vital and Protected Area keys and locks The periodic testing of containment access doors 212 and 219 has been revised.

Security delay barriers are in place and preclude normal access to the doors.

Doors 212 and 219 will be tested approximately every 30 days to coincide with scheduled containment access.

The Zion Security Plan has been updated to eliminate certain Vital Area access portals which have been sealed closed, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2), the process by which minimum shift manning is maintained was first implemented on July 30,1998; therefore, the description of the changes wss required to be submitted by September 28,1998. Because this submittal is overdue, a Problem identification Form (PlF) has been initiated to determine the cause and corrective actions associated with the deficiency. The remaining changes were implemented by August 17,1998, therefore, those revisions are required to be tubmitted by October 16,1998.
