Attached are the following listed pages dated 3/27/89 as Revision 55 to the subject Topical Report describing the Commonwealth Edison Quality Assurance Program:

Commonwealth Edison has recently conducted a self analysis of Company organization in an effort to improve effectiveness. The

Topical Report revision is being made to reflect the organizational changes resulting from the analysis. Due to the number of changes, a complete copy of the current Topical Report, including Revision 55, is being provided.
It should be noted that although the Revision is dated March 27, 1989, the implementation of the Revision will not occur until after approval and receipt of the related Technical Specification amendments.
The changes do not reduce the commitments in the previously 1
accepted Quality Assurance Program.
