Dresden Nuclear Power Station Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-2, DPR-19, DPR-25 NRC Docket Nos.50-010,50-237, and 50-249 1998 Third Quarter 10 CFR 50.59 Report Enclosed is the third quaner report of completed Changes, Tests, and Experiments per 10 CFR 50.59 for Dresden Nuclear Power Staaon. These evaluations examined the conditions identified in 10 CFR 50.59(a)(a % uetermine whether a proposed change, test, or experiment involves an unreviewed safety question.
During this reporting period, completed safety evaluations were compared to previous quarterly reports as docketed. Thia review identified four completed evaluations that were not included in the previously docketed reports and two others that were misclassified.
The identification numbers for the reports that were not submitted are 1997-01-065, 1997-03-193,1997-03-212, and 1998-01-058H. The identification numbers for the two misclassified reports are 1996-02-128 and 1997-01032. A summary of these evaluations is included in this report. Because Dresden Nuclear Power Station reports 10 CFR 50.59 evaluations on a quarterly basis, the four repons that were not included in previous quarterly submittals do not exceed the reporting timeframe requirements as stated in 10 CFR 50.59(b)(2).
