John A. Grobe letter to 0. D. Kingsley dated March 25,1998, transmitting NRC Inspection Report 50-10/237/249/98008 and Notice of Violation The purpose of this letter is to provide Comed's reply to the Notice of Violation transmi"ad by the above reference. Specifically, the violation resulted from the failure to properly searc; x vehicle entering the controlled area. The corrective actions are described in the attachment which contains Safeguards Material.
The attachment contains three commitments: NTS 237-100-9800801 A, NTS 237-100-9800801B, NTS 237-100-9800801C.
