motor and pneumatic valve operators, solenoids, circuit breakers, protective relays, transmitters, signal converters and electric motor (1) The valve operators were inspected for correct sizing and torque requirerents, wiring terminations, cable sizing, tubing sizing and connections, testing, maintenance, and modification documentation. The inspector examined installation, inspection, maintenance and modification documentation and determined that adequate procedural and management controla were in effect to assure the proper accomplishment of each activity. Valves included in this ir.spection were: 2AFC04 A-B, 2AF0005 A-H, 2AF006 A-B and 2AF013 A- (2) The inspector reviewed construction test data for the electric motor driven Auxiliary Feed Pump Motor and its associated 4 kv circuit breaker and protective relaying. The motor grotn d checks and insulation resistant tests met established acceptance criteri Phase rotations, running current, ard winding resistance were inspected and accepte (3) The inspector revicwed constructicn test data for the Auxiliary Feed Pump Motor Circuit Breaker. Test data indicated that the breaker had met the acceptance criteria for the insulation-resistance test and the high potential test. Torque values, contact gaps, contact alignment, latch adjustments, connections and lubrication were checked during the test. The inspector also reviewed test and setting data for the electrical ;

protective relays. The relays were tested and settings were verified according to the relay setting order established by CECO System Planning Departmen (4) During the walkdown of portions of the Auxiliary feedwater System, the inspector examined conduit installation; supports; terminations within Panels 2HS-AF135, MCC 232X3, and remote shutdown panel; and instrumentation associated with the Auxiliary feedwater Regulatory Values. Installation inspection and qualification documentation was satisfactorily reviewed for signal converters 21Y-AF031, 21Y-AF033, 21Y-AF035 and 21Y-AF03 No violations or deviations were identified in this are .
