adequately ensure that the final copies of Emergency.0perating Procedures (EOPs) were accurate, the poten.tial existed for safety significant errors to occur. While we cited only two examples in our.NOV, our review was of only a -

'3 small sample of your E0Ps. Your additional reviews confirmed that. these

examples were not isolated cases. Therefore, we consider that our inspection i

report identified,a basic problem wnich provided the potential.for highly l

significant errors to go undetected, j
