Nine Mile Point 2 Compliance with Regulatory Guide 1.97 During discussions with Mr. Don Hill of your staff on October 8,1985, it was stated that Nine Mile Point 2 (NMP-2) would be in compliance with Regulatory Guide (R.G.) 1.97, " Instrumentation for Light-Water-Cooled Nuclear Power Plants to Assess Plant and Environs Conditions Durino and Followina an Accident" by fuel load, Generic letter (GL) 82-33 issued December 17, 1982, requested a schedule be submitted for compliance with R.G. 1.97. Therefore please provide a commit-ment, by letter, that NMP-2 will be in compliance with R.G.1.97 by fuel load.
