j Transmitted herewith, in accordance with 10CFR50.54(p), are the changed pages for issue 5, Revision 1, of the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Physical Security and Safeguards Contingency Plan.
Organizational restructuring at the Station has resulted in a change to the management hierarchy above the Manager Nuclear Security. Previously, the Manager Nuclear Security reported to the Vice President Nuclear Safety Assessment and Support. Effective with this revision of the Plan, the Manager Nuclear Security will report to the Vice President Nuclear Engineering. Specific portions of the Plan affected by this change are identified in the enclosed summary of changes.
We have reviewed the changes in this revision and determined that they do not reduce the effectiveness of the Plan or the overall Nuclear Security Program for Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station.
