The purpose of this letter is to provide you with notification of an Abnormal Occurrence as required by Technical Specification 6.6.B.I.a within 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> of the occurrence.

On July 17, 1975 while performing quarterly surveillance calibration of the "High Drywell Pressure Scram" pressure switches, two of the four switches tripped at values exceeding the Technical Specification L.C.O. PS-2-1001-88 B & C tripped at 2.05 psig while the L.C.0. is < 2.0 psig. The two switches were recalibrated and functionally tested. ,
