The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment Nos. 40 and 32 to Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-31 and DPR-41 for the Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Unit Nos. 3 and 4.
The amendments consist of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated December 15, 1977.
I The amendment changes the Technical Specifications to reduce the pressurizer heatup rate.
f Copies of the related Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance also are enclosed.
