Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251

'vLr-2 NRC Administrative Letter 99-02, "Operating Reactor Licensing Action Estimates," requested that licensees on a voluntary basis 1) provide numerical estimates of licensing actions that will be submitted for NRC's review in Fiscal Years (FY) 2000, 2001 and 2) identify by brief title those licensing actions that are expected to generate complex reviews.

At this time, there are 19 potential licensing actions planned for FY 2000 for Turkey Point Units 3 and 4.

The following two potential licensing actions are expected to generate complex reviews during this period:

1. Creating a Sequencer specific Technical Specification, and
2. Low Temperature Overpressure Protection (LTOP), generating new curves for placement into the Technical Specification.
