1998 Annual Radiolo ical Environmental 0 eratin Re ort Pa es Missin from Attachment B The Florida Power and Light Company (FPL) 1998 Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Report was transmitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) via FPL letter L-99-96, dated May 7, 1999. The radiological environmental monitoring for the Turkey Point Site is conducted by the State of Florida, Department of Health, Bureau of Radiation Control. The State provides four quarterly reports which contain the data for all specified samples analyzed during the surveillance period (four quarters), and these reports are incorporated in the Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Report as Attachment B.

FPL was notified by the NRC that Attachment B did not include pages 7 of 11 through 11 of 11 from the second quarter report, pages 7 of 12 through 12 of 12 from the third quarter report, and pages 8 of 12 through 12 of 12 from the fourth quarter report. The pages reported missing from Attachment B contain information from Supplemental Samples taken by the State of Florida. The Supplemental Samples are beyond the surveillance activities specified by the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM). Accordingly, these pages contain information unrelated to the ODCM-specified sampling, and therefore, were not included as part of the 1998 Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Report.
