COMME NTS There are no EPRI seismic hazard estimates for Turkey Point 3 & 4 and St. Lucie 1 & 2 since Florida Power and Light is not a member of the Seismicity Owners Group. Therefore, the staff has not made the requested comparisons.
This determination may be appealed to the Executive Director for Operations, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC 20555, and should clearly state on the envelope and in the letter that it is an " Appeal from an initial FOI A decision."
