The following is a summary of the changes incorporated into Revision 03 of the Turkey Point Recovery Plan. The changes are organizational or administrative in nature, and do not represent a decrease in the effectiveness of the Recovery Plan or the Emergency Plan.

~ Revised the Sample Recovery Organization figure to more correctly illustrate the structure of the recovery organization.

~ Adjusted the recommended actions for the Emergency Control Officer and the Recovery Manager to more accurately rellect the actions of each as detailed in plant procedures.

~ Added additional guidance for field radiological survey actions.

~ Added additional guidance for coordinating ingress and egress of the plant with local authorities.

~ Various editorial changes.
