~ Georgia Power Company hereby certifies that the fitness-for-duty program has been implemented which meets the requirements of 10 CFR Part 26. There are no-cut-off levels in this program more stringent than those imposed by this rule.

However, Georgia Power Company screens for two additional substances not required by the rule; benzodiazepine and barbiturates. The testing panel and cut-off levels in this program are listed in the enclosure to this letter.
