In accordance with'10 CFR 50.54(p), Georgia Power Company hereby submits three -

. copies of Amendment 18 to the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant Unit 1-and Unit 2' Physical Security- and Contingency Plan (the Plan). By copy of this letter, .two '

copies of Amendment-18-are being sent to the NRC Region II office.

Amendment 18 incorporates changes to the Plan initiated as a result of NRC' i correspondence dated March 29, 1990. Enclosure 1 provides a description and i justification of the changes while Enclosure 2-provides insertion instructions and revised Plan pages. Enclosure 3 provides the actual change to the security '
