Areas Inspected:
Routine unannounced inspection of physical security program. Areas inspected were selected portions of the Security Plan, and applicable portions of 10 CFR 73.55 that were to be implemented by May 25, 1977, including Security Organization, Access Controls, Physical Barriers and Detection Aids. The inspection involved 40 manhours onsite by two NRC inspectors.
Results: Of the four areas inspected no items of noncompliance were identified in two areas; three items of noncompliance were identified in two areas (deficiency - failure to develop procedures - Paragraph 3 (250/251/78-31-01); infraction - failure to search hand-carried packages -
