SUMMARY
Scope:
This routine, unannounced inspection was conducted to review the licensee's
' progress in the area of the security upgrade and to review the events
surrounding the licensee's Reportable Event 89-S06
Loss of a Safeguards
Document, dated November 16, 1989.
..
Results:
In the areas-inspected, one apparent violation of regulatory requirements was
confinned - failure to control Safeguards Information.
The licensee is continuing with its security upgrade, and is on schedule. The
compensatory measures implemented during the upgrade appear to be well thought
out and adequately implemented.
