DESCRIPTION OF EVENT While inerting th~ drywell the temperature recorder at the nitrogen vaporizer failed. It in-di cated a - temp of 214°F, Upon .inspection the N2 line was discovered to be frosted over and the 1601-22 valve was frozen. This valve was subsequently local leak tested and found to be DESCRIPTION OF G.~USE Unknown at this time (Failure of temp recorder due to slide wire coming off reel)
