SUMMARY

The refueling shutdown, which began on March 18, 2002, was completed on April 19, 2002 at 0905. A turbine trip test was performed on April 19, 2002 which caused the unit to be off-line from 1709 to 1808. Power was increased normally until April 22, 2002 at 2300 at which time power was restricted to 80% due to circulating water system limitations. The continuation of the power increase was resumed on April 24, 2002 at 0200 after the 'B' circulating water pump was returned to service. Full power was reached on April 24, 2002 at 1900.. The unit remained at full power for the remainder of the month.
