1 Seal weld leak repair of charging check valve 9314.
SUMMARY
- The unit operated at full power from the begining of the month until October 15, 2004 at 22:12 at which time power was reduced for scheduled turbine stop valve testing and repair of charging check valve 9314. The unit was taken off-line on October 16, 2004 at 03:26 and reactor scrammed per procedure at 03:28. Following the completion of repairs, the reactor was made critical on October 18, 2004 at 00:53. The unit was placed on-line on October 18, 2004 at 05:54. Full power was reached on October 18, 2004 at 17:59 and remained there for the duration of the month.
