CAUSE/ CORRECTIVE ACTION / COMMENTS NARRATIVE REPORT Unit 2 was manuaFy tripped on 06-12-99 because of decreasing Condenser Vacuum. The loss of vacuum was later found to se caused by a broken steam dump drain line.

The broken section ofline was replaced and the unit was restarted and connected to the grid at 1937 on 6-15-99.
