OPERATOR REQUALIFICATION PROGRAM EVALUATION In a telephone conversation between Mr. R. Seifried, Training Coordinator, and )

Ms. L. Kolonauski, arrangements were made for the administration of the exam-inations at the Nine Mile Point 2 facility. The evaluation visit is scheduled

'or the week of July 6,1987.

For this visit, the NRC Operator Licensing Section, Region I, will prepare and administer NRC Reactor Operator and Senior Reactor Operator written and oral examinations.

For the examiners to adequately prepare for this visit, it will be necessary for the facility to furnish the approved reference material listed in Enclosure 1, " Reference Material Requirements for Requalification Program Evaluation", by May 11, 1987.

Mr. Seifried has been advised of our reference material requirements and appro-priate mailing addresses.

When the NRC Chief examiner arrives at the site, she will meet with the appro-priate personnel to review the schedule for the oral examinations which will be administered by NRC examiners.

This request for information was approved by the Office of Management and Budget under Clearance Number 3150-0101, which expires on May 31, 1989. Ccm-ments on burden and duplication may be directed to the Office of Management and Budget, Reports Management Room 3208, New Executive Office Building, Washington, D.C. 20503.
