ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO. 87 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. DPR-54 (TACNOS. 61472, 61484, 61490 AND 61870) 1 Re: Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 87 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-54 for the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station. This amendment consists of changes to the Station's Technical Specifications (TSs) in response to your requests dated January 29, February 14, March 20, and June 13, 1986.
This amendment revises the TSs to make numerous administrative changes to the TSs and their bases.
A copy of the Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. Notice of Issuance of the enclosed amendment will be included in the Coninission's next bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
