! 1.8 LICENSEE EVENT REPORTS Defined under Administrative Controls Section 6.9.4.

136>< The total maximum combined interval time for any three consecutive intervals shall not exceed 3.25 times a single specified surveillance interval.

1.9.1 SHIFT A time period covering at least once per twelve (12) hours.

1.9.2 DAILY A time period spaced to occur at least once per twenty-four (24) hours.

A time period spaced to occur at least once per seven (7) days.
