The District has reviewed all outstanding proposed amendments that have not been processed by the NRC and requests that no further work be performed on the following:

1.

Proposed Amendment Number 133 dated January 16, 1986, requested that 1) Specification 6. 5. 2. 8. a, b, c and d be revised to delete the terms "all" and " entire" when used to describe the scope of audits, and 2) Specification 6.3 4.2 be revised to delete the requirement to maintain environmental qualifications in a " central file".

A July 25, 1986 NRC letter informed the District that this proposed amendment is not being processed and is returned for the District to address the deficiencies as noted.

The District has reevaluated this proposed amendment and has determined that this proposed amendment will not be pursued further.

Proposed Amendment No. 135 dated June 13, 1986, requested administrative changes to 1) the bases for Specification 3.3 to make the wording consistent with Specification 3.3.3 and,

2) Specifications 3.7.1. E, F and G and Specification 3.7.2.F to identify the specific batteries required for nuclea:.

service.

On October 2, 1986, the District submitted proposed Amendment Number 147 which includes a complete update of Specification 3.7.

The District requests that work cease on the second part of Proposed Amendment Number 135 (i.e.,

Revisions to Specifications 3.7.1.", F and G and Specifica-tions 3.7.2.F) since this item will be addressed by NRC review of Proposed Amendment Number 147.

Also, the District requests that work continue on the first part of Proposed 8611190397 861110 0
