conducted by Messrs. Walter V. Thomas and Craig J. Conklin of this office
February 2-5, 1987 at the Haddam Neck Station, Haddam Neck, Connecticut.
Discussions of our findings were held by Mr. Thomas with Mr. E. Debarba of
your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.

Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I
inspection report which is enclosed. Within these areas, the inspection
consisted of selective examination of procedures and representative records,
interviews with personnel and observations of the inspectors.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed. No reply
