l In response to your application dated June 2,1998, and as supplemented by letters dated January 18 and March 9,1999, the Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.194 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-61, issued to the Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company for the Haddam Neck Plant. l The amendment authorizes relocation of requirements related to seismic monitoring j instrumentation from the Technical Specifications to the Technical Requirements Manual. l Your application also fulfills the commitment you made in Licensee Event Report 50-213/98-001-00, dated May 7,1998, to propose a modification to the seismic monitoring !
instrumentation requirements. The Notice of Issuance will be included in the next Commission's biweekly Federal Reaister notice.
