SUMMARY

Scope: This routine, unannounced inspection entailed 62 inspector-hours on

site (five hours on backshift) by two inspectors, accompanied by

D. R. McGuire, Chief, Physical Security Section Chief, inspecting: Security

Plan and Implementing Procedures; Management Effectiveness; Security

Organization; Records and Reports; Physical Barriers - Protected Area;

Lighting; Compensatory Measures; Assessment Aids; Access Control - Personnel;

Access Control - Packages; Access Control - Vehicles; Detection Aids -

Protected Area; Alarm Stations; Communications; and Personnal Training and

Qualification.

Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with regulatory

requirements with the following exceptions:

86-06-01 Failure to maintain adequate documentation.

86-06-03 Inadequate compensatory measure at temporary protected area
