i Scope:
This special announced inspection' was conducted ~ in the areas of.

physical security.' operational activities and the handling and pro-
tection of safeguards material in the Georgia-Power Company Corporate" l
Nuclear ' Security Office, Plant Hatch and Plant' Vogtle, ' The inspec-l tion was initiated in re'sponse to employee's submittal of allegations l
of improprieties in the management of the nuclear security programs
at.the two nuclear plants and the General Office.

l Results:.In the areas inspected, the following violations were identified
