ENCLOSURE 1 NOTICE OF VIOLATION System Energy Resources, Inc. Docket No. 50-416 Grand Gulf License No. NPF-29 During the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection conducted on March 19 - April 15, 1988, violations of NRC requirements were identified. The violations involved a failure to perform a written safety evaluation and an inadequate procedure for procurement.
