1 ENCLOSURE 1 NOTICE OF VIOLATION .
I Entergy Operations, Inc. Docket No.: 50-416 Grand Gulf License No.: NPF-29 During an NRC inspection conducted on June 27 through July 31, 1992, ;
violations of NRC requirements were identified. In accordance with the j
" General Statement of Policy and Procedure for NRC Enforcement Actions," the i violations are listed below:
10 CFR 50,9, completeness and accuracy of information, requires, in part, that information required by statute or by Commission regulations, orders, or -!
license conditions to be maintained by the licensee shall be complete and accurate in all material respects. !
Contrary to the above, the licensee determined that records required to be j maintained by Commission regulations or license conditions were not complete and accurate in all material respects. Specifically, during the period of September 30, 1991 and January ll, 1992, six records were identified as being incomplete or inaccurate. These errors were material in that they evidenced that checks had been made when they had not.
