Dear Mr. Keppler:

Enclosed is the Radioactive Effluent Report for January through June, 1985 for Qaud Cities Nuclear Power Station.

The Service Water and Radwaste Monitors have been out of service since December 19, 1984. .%sociated Action requirements have been taken to insure compliacce with Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications. Due to engineering difficulties, the monitors are not operable. They should be operable by the end of the year.

One copy of this report is provided for your use and 39 copies are being submitted directly to Mr. D. Eisenhut, Deputy Director of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
