_ subject condition reported to the Commission on November 9, 1982, under 10CFR50.55(e).- Our last report, LOZ-83-0103, was submitted

-August 10, 1983.

'ihe post qualification program for pipe bends (procedures) being conducted under Construction Work Authorization Request (CWAR) #71 has been completed for all thirty-five (35) bends.

However, physical examination of previously installed piping would be required to make a determination of reportability. CG&E is therefore pursuing the corrective action of this deficiency as

-though this condition is reportable.

Upon establishing what corrective action is needed, a corrective action program will be conducted in accordance with

,.the Course of Action approved by the NRC Region-III on December 16, 1983. A final report on this condition will be submitted when the program is completed.
