- W.O. 57300, JOB E-5590, FILE NO. 956C, E-35 This letter constitutes an interim report concerning the subject condition initially reported to the Commission on January 4, 1983, as a potentially reportable deficiency under the recuirements of 10CFR50.55 (e) .
The paint removal and reinspection of electrical equipment foundation welds is in process. Unacceptable welds.are being documented on nonconformance reports. The resolution and corrective action.of these nonconformance reports will be performed under-the program recommended.in the Course of Action.
,A final report will be submitted upon completion of the above actions.
We trust the above-will be found acceptable as an interim report under 10CFR50.55 (e) .
