- Auxiliary Building Filtered Exhaust System On October 14. 1995, Auxiliary Building Filtered Exhaust (VA) System Pump Room Heater  ;

(PRilDS-2B) was declared inoperable.  :

~ A blown fuse was discovered upon initial inspection of the heater control panel. A technical

investigation will be perfonned to determine the cause of failure of VA PRHDS-2B. This  ;

investigation will be completed and the heater returned to seivice by January 15,1996. The  ;

tracking document for this investigation is Problem Investigation Process (PIP) 0-C95-02003. l
