7 was declared inoperable due to the pre-amp bias voltage indicating zero .

Channel 7 was removed from service and entered into the Technical i Specification Action Item Logbook (#C2-956-0014) as inoperable. -Work '

Request 96003399 has been written to pursue corrective action. Problem Investigation Process (PIP) 2-C96-0079 is the tracking document for ' this failure. Three other LPMS channels on the same loop are providing coverage for this collection region.
