Problem Investigation Process (PIP) 2-C94-1546 was initiated for tracking; repair i
will be completed under work order 94045448. This work order is planned for the end of 2EOC7 outage since containment entry will be required.
Since this channel has been inoperable for 30 days; it is reportable pursuant to Technical Specification 3.3.3.9.
