Our last report, LOZ 0101, was submitted August 9, 1983.
The seismic reanalysis of the two damper assemblies (lVG0lYA
& YB) which American Warming and Ventilation (AWV) was to have
' completed by September 15, 1983, has been delayed and is now expected to be completed by November 11, 1983.
Design modifications to the nine damper assemblies.affected by Mark II Containment Dynamic Loadings will be accomplished by Engineering Change Request (ECR) No. 1233 which is currently being reviewed by CG&E. Design Inodifications to the remaining 4 assemblies will be completed when the AWV report covering the reanalysis of the two assemblies is approved by Sargent & Lundy.
All field modification *s will be completed under the program described in our Course of Action submitted to the NRC October 5, 1983. Upon completion of the corrective modifications, we will submit a final report on this deficiency.
