The purpose of this letter is to provide you with notification of an Abnormal Occurrence as required by Technical Specification 6.6.B.I.-a within 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> of the occurrence.

On October 16, 1975, during routine monthly surveillance of the High Drywell Pressure-Sensors, three of the four Drywell Pressure Switches were found to exceed the Technical Specification setpoint limit of less than 2.0 P.S.I.

The instruments were immediately recalibrated and tested satisfactorily.

This occurrence was discussed by telephone with Mr. Knop of your office on October 16, 1975 Further information will be provided by Abnormal Occurrence Report A0_40-215/75-40 which will be submitted within 10 days of the date of this occurrence.
