1. Process Control Plan Rev. 2 The licensee requests that the attached changed pages replace page 1-13 of the existing PCP.

II. Reason for Revision The attached PCP change was made to incorporate guidance for the solidifi-cation of oil with the Hittman In-Container Cement Solidification System.

III. Safety Evaluation Justifying Change The change to the PCP provides guidance for the solidification of a waste type in addition to those in the original. The process has been tested by the contractor and will be verified through laboratory scale solidification testing as described in the original PCP. Therefore, these changes do not reduce the overall conformance of the solidified waste product to existing criteria for solid waste. These changes 'iave been reviewed and approved by the Plant Operations Review Committee.
